Job Overview A law firm seeks a Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate with over three years of experience to join their team in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The role involves working on innovative renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, geothermal, hydrogen, and battery storage, across the United States. Duties Collaborate with clients on renewable energy project development and finance. Draft and negotiate power purchase agreements and other related contracts. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Provide legal support for project financing and management. Requirements Minimum of three years of law firm experience in relevant fields. Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Team-oriented and collaborative approach. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. state. Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
