Key Responsibilities

• Represent sponsors, developers, and financing parties in renewable energy project transactions

• Draft and negotiate debt term sheets, loan agreements, and security documentation

• Support transactions involving project development, acquisition, and financing

• Manage deal processes and supervise junior associates

• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and third-party advisors to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Finance Associate Attorney

• Strong experience in renewable energy or project finance transactions

• Background in debt financing and tax equity structures preferred

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school

• Admission to practice law (State Bar required)

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Strong communication and project management abilities
