Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment to exit)
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Law, 2013, and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HRM systems
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer compensation, reimbursement, and benefits programs
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning (including Yearly Planner, Monthly Planner)
