Manager, Sustainability Assurance
Job Brief
Responsible in supporting the development and delivery of the Firm's sustainability assurance capabilities, including providing technical and methodological support for sustainability assurance engagements, monitoring developments in sustainability reporting and assurance standards, supporting engagement teams on complex matters, and contributing to the development of the Firm's sustainability assurance methodology, tools and training.

Responsible in supporting the development and delivery of the Firm's sustainability assurance capabilities, including providing technical and methodological support for sustainability assurance engagements, monitoring developments in sustainability reporting and assurance standards, supporting engagement teams on complex matters, and contributing to the development of the Firm's sustainability assurance methodology, tools and training.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support sustainability assurance engagements in accordance with relevant assurance standards, including ISAE 3000 (Revised) and ISSA 5000.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engagement teams on sustainability assurance, reporting, disclosures and other relevant sustainability matters.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of sustainability assurance methodologies, templates, work programmes, toolkits, best practices and technical resources.
- Monitor emerging sustainability trends, frameworks and regulatory developments, assess their impact on assurance requirements and practices, and provide practical guidance to engagement teams.
- Contribute to enhancing the Firm’s sustainability assurance capabilities and service offering.
- Develop and conduct sustainability assurance training for partners and staff.
- Support proposals and business development activities relating to sustainability assurance services.
- A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (MIA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in audit and assurance, including experience in sustainability assurance and/or GHG emissions assurance.
- Good understanding of sustainability reporting standards, frameworks and relevant guidance, including ISSB Standards, GRI Standards, SASB Standards, the GHG Protocol and other relevant frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability assurance standards and requirements, including ISAE 3000 (Revised) and ISSA 5000.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- A proactive and results-oriented team player with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- IT literacy, with sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
