Job Title: Electrician Apprentice – Utility-Scale Solar

Join our growing team as an Electrician Apprentice or Journeyman supporting utility-grade solar construction projects across the region. You’ll work under licensed electricians to assist with electrical installations on large-scale solar fields.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of electrical systems for solar PV arrays
• Pull wire, terminate connections, install conduit, junction boxes, and panels
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites
• Work closely with licensed electricians and crew leads to complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Electrician Apprentice or Journeyman in the state of Arkansas
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn the electrical trade
• Basic hand tools
• OSHA 10 (or willing to obtain)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer, mini excavator, lull, etc.)
• Prior experience in solar or construction environments
• NCCER certification or equivalent is a plus
