Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level, part-time position (about 30 hours per week) with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Order and maintain general office supplies and company-provided snacks
- Assist the Accounting Department with data entry tasks
- Perform general office filing and maintain organized records
- Offer administrative support to Department Leads and Executives
- Receive and distribute company mail
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask
- Prior office or administrative experience a plus, but not required
