Job Title: Project Manager

Location: West Des Moines, IA

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr, W2

Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Qualifications:

• 5 years of project management experience in construction and/or electrical projects involving multiple buildings
• Alarm Security experience is a plus but not required
• Relevant certifications required: PMP, OSHA 30, CCM, etc.
• Genetec security products experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project administration of all current and/or future installations of Fire and/or Security, CCTV, Card Access & other specialty systems as needed, in coordination with the management team
• Ensure proper documentation is executed between the contracts administrator and sales representative to meet engineering requirements
• Supervise documentation of project site visits, communications, requests for information, permits, application fees, and final closeout requirements
• Oversee implementation of safety programs to prevent injuries and ensure compliance on projects
• Execute Client backlog reports monthly to assist with Client loading requirements, aiming for customer satisfaction and increased profit margins
• Implement required change orders on projects to achieve significant gross profit
• Participate in meetings with contracts xrczosw administration, field supervision, and engineering departments to review ongoing projects
• Assist with construction schedule requirements to complete installation and final certification testing within agreed-upon timelines
• Update project log as new projects are contracted, reflecting estimated start dates, completion dates, total man hours, date of submittal/drawing approval, and type of system being installed
• Provide in-house estimating and proposals for existing customers and new projects as needed
