We're looking for a COO who is an entrepreneurial, handson builder, and leader to grow and manage Autzus operations in our rebuild & expansion phase. This role is responsible for leading companywide operations, launching new sites, building out operational teams, managing multinational markets operational needs, setting a growth strategy and executing ruthlessly against it.

Oversee daytoday growth operations - from highlevel strategy to local level issues
Assist in budgeting and optimizing expenses, building out the multimarket operations team, and manage partnerships.
Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and partnerships
Set policies and processes to maximize team productivity
Work with and help build out our Fleet, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operation teams to create processes to enter, maintain, and expand operations in new cities.
Oversee new management hires and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Prepare regular reports for upper management and work directly with our CEO and CFO
Proven experience (5+ years) as an operational leader, CEO/COO
BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MBA, MSc/MA is a plus
Have personally launched new markets and managed vendors, contract negotiations, and multiple markets.
Ability to manage highlevel partnerships, presentations, and development.
Fleet management experience is a bonus
Experience in planning, strategy and budgeting in a startup setting
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
