We are currently seeking a talented Associate, Environment and Planning who has experience delivering post-approval environmental services to help continue the growth of our environmental management capability.

What will you do?
We are currently seeking a talented Associate, Environment and Planning who has experience delivering post-approval environmental services to help continue the growth of our environmental management capability.
Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Lead identification and pursuit of environmental and climate-related projects, leveraging established networks in Indonesia and beyond.
- Oversee and lead proposal development with a strategic approach..
- Manage project delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client relationships.
- Lead client presentations including proposals, project kick-offs, and progress updates.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality outputs, timely submissions, and achievement of utilisation targets.
- Conduct senior-level reviews of technical reports before client submission.
- Handle administrative approvals related to project management.
- Monitor project financials including utilisation, billing, collections, and margins.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, internal forums, and environmental committees.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives to enhance the organization's profile in the EIA and Climate sectors.
- Degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in environmental engineering, climate science, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in environmental consultancy with a focus on EIA and climate-related projects.
- Proven network and relationships within the Indonesian EIA and Climate industry.
- Experience working with agencies in the development sectors (e.g., World Bank, ADB, UNDP).
- Skilled in conducting assessments in the EIA and Climate sectors.
