Job Title: Business Development Manager – Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to drive B2B sales, build enterprise relationships, and expand Aurassure’s presence across Gujarat.

The ideal candidate should be a local professional with strong regional market understanding, experience in enterprise/client-facing sales, and the ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Gujarat region
  • Generate and qualify enterprise leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, pharma, chemicals, infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and periodic reporting
  • Support pilot discussions, proposals, and commercial negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development

Must be based in Ahmedabad/Gujarat or nearby locations

Strong communication and presentation skills

Fluency In

Gujarati (mandatory), Hindi, English

Experience in enterprise sales, industrial sales, SaaS, IoT, or solution selling preferred

Comfortable with field travel across Gujarat

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates with prior experience selling into: Manufacturing, Chemicals, Pharma, Infrastructure, Industrial automation & EHS / ESG / Sustainability solutions will be preferred.
