Operations Manager

OVERVIEW

Attiic is a fast-growing home-efficiency brand transforming how homeowners insulate, ventilate, and protect their homes. As we expand nationally, we are adding an Operations Manager to help build, optimize, and scale the operational backbone of the company. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants the opportunity to design processes from the ground up.

You will work directly with the executive team and lead Attiic’s day-to-day operations across installation, logistics, scheduling, customer experience, and multi-state expansion support. This role requires someone who is both strategic and execution-focused—someone who can build processes, create structure, and ensure flawless field operations while keeping the customer journey at the forefront.

This position is full-time and in-office at our Greenwood Village (DTC) headquarters.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Lead all day-to-day operations for Attiic’s installation and service workflows.

• Build scalable systems, processes, SOPs, and KPIs to support rapid growth and multi-state expansion.

• Oversee scheduling, installation coordination, material logistics, and vendor relationships.

• Work closely with sales leadership to ensure smooth handoff from sale to installation.

• Monitor installer performance, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Partner with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory controls and timely material delivery.

• Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.

• Monitor job quality, warranty issues, and customer escalations to drive operational excellence.

• Support compliance needs related to installation, warranties, safety, and state-by-state requirements.

• Support software systems, field technology, and workflow automation tools.

• Provide weekly and monthly operational reporting to the executive team.

• Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiation to maximize profitability.

• Build your team! - Recruit, manage, and develop operational staff as the department grows (customer service, compliance, etc.).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in home improvement, construction, installation services, HVAC, roofing, solar, or a similar field-based industry.

• Proven experience building and optimizing operational processes and SOPs.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee vendors, and coordinators.

• Hands-on, solution-oriented operator who thrives in a rapidly growing environment.

• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of logistics, scheduling workflows, and service delivery operations.

• Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and improve productivity metrics.

• Comfortable using field management or scheduling platforms.

Preferred:

• Experience scaling operations across multiple states.

• Knowledge of warranties, consumer policies, regulatory requirements, and permitting.

• Experience working with sales teams or call centers.

• Familiarity with FieldPulse or similar field-service management platforms (service titan, housecall pro, jobber, etc.).

WORK ENVIRONMENT
