Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dublin for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Lead. The EHS Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining compliance with all applicable EHS regulations and company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing health and safety training programs, fostering environmental awareness, and ensuring occupational health practices are in place. The position also involves providing strategic support in embedding EHS culture across all operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, including Health & Safety compliance and Occupational Health principles
  • Knowledge of Environmental Awareness practices and ability to implement sustainability-oriented strategies
  • Proficiency in designing and conducting Training programs on EHS initiatives
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Relevant professional certifications or qualifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 14001 or equivalent
  • Experience in industrial or energy sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field is preferred
