Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Co-Founder with Investment at Assar Vehicle. The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining and executing the company’s strategic direction, product roadmap, and expansion into new cities and mobility segments, including electric vehicles and logistics. Daily responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, contributing capital, shaping business models, and guiding sales and marketing initiatives to drive user growth and partner engagement. The role involves working closely with operational teams to improve customer experience, enhance driver-partner relationships, and ensure scalable, sustainable processes. The Co-Founder will also engage with investors, strategic partners, and stakeholders, support fundraising activities, and help build a high-performing, mission-driven team.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills related to business development, partnership acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills focused on brand positioning, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition.
- Candidates should possess Research skills for understanding mobility trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Prior experience in startups, mobility, transportation, or fleet management is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in leadership, team-building, and strategic execution is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
- Strong interest in sustainable mobility, electric vehicles, and climate-focused business models.
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, finance, or a related field is advantageous, though entrepreneurial experience may substitute.
