We are now seeking a Go to Market Manager APAC to join our Asia Pacific team — a passionate professional ready to make an impact by bridging science and field performance.
Role Overview
You will be the technical ambassador of Asfertglobal across the region, with particular focus on the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Korea.
You’ll combine technical excellence with field and sell out experience — leading product trials, supporting distributors, training commercial teams, and ensuring our biological solutions deliver measurable value to growers.
This is a high-impact, field-based role that requires strong agronomic knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse agricultural systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Field Support/ Sell out Support to Country Partners
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical visits, customer relationship and field trials for Asfertglobal’s biological portfolio.
- Provide hands-on guidance to customers and partners, ensuring optimal product application and problem-solving in real-world conditions.
2. Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Train and support commercial teams and distributors, strengthening their understanding of our technologies, product benefits, and sustainable practices.
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
3. Data Collection & Insights
- Design, monitor, and analyze field trials to assess product performance and gather agronomic insights.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation.
4. Relationship Building
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with growers, distributors, and agricultural partners.
- Act as a technical advisor, promoting sustainable and efficient crop management solutions.
5. Market Awareness
- Monitor regional crop trends, pest and disease pressures, and climate challenges.
- Share regular reports and recommendations to guide strategic decisions and market development.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field with proven experience in biostimulants and biocontrol solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, with flexibility to travel extensively across the APAC region.
- A passion for sustainability and innovation in agriculture.
