About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business building. As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the founders to drive high-impact initiatives across market expansion, business strategy, growth, partnerships, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

  • Support founders in evaluating strategic opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and new business priorities
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and industry landscaping
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making
  • Translate complex business problems into structured analyses and actionable insights

Founder-Led Strategic Initiatives

  • Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives identified by the founders
  • Work closely with product, commercial, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Track progress against key company priorities and support execution of strategic goals
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials for leadership discussions

Growth & Partnership

  • Support the identification and evaluation of growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations
  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives
  • Conduct research and due diligence on prospective customers, partners, and market opportunities
  • Support conversations with ecosystem stakeholders, investors, and strategic partners where required

Business Performance & Insight

  • Build and maintain business performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Analyse key business metrics and generate insights to support growth and operational decision-making
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and business review processes


Ideal Candidate:

Required Qualification

  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, founder's office, business operations, growth, venture building, or a related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive outcomes
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in consulting firms, high-growth startups, or strategy team
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders
  • Exposure to climate-tech, SaaS, energy, sustainability, or technology sectors is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial modelling, market research, and business planning
