We are excited to announce that we are looking for talented and passionate candidates to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City/ Ha Noi. Below is our open position:
A. Social Specialist
?Location: HCM Office, District 1 or Ha Noi Office, Hai Ba Trung
?Qualification
✅ 3–6+ years of professional experience, preferably within a consulting firm.
✅Demonstrated experience delivering ESDD, ESIA advisory, and/or lender monitoring assignments for projects financed by international financial institutions or International private lenders.
✅Strong working knowledge of international standards such as IFC Performance Standards and/or ADB Safeguards, Equator Principles.
✅Strong knowledge of social and land regulatory frameworks of Vietnam, and ability to assess gaps between local requirements and international standards.
✅Proven experience with land acquisition, resettlement, Indigenous Peoples, stakeholder engagement, and human rights issues.
✅Knowledge and experience in performing gender inclusiveness/human rights risk assessment
✅Experience working with sub-consultants and reviewing their work.
✅Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary E&S teams.
✅Excellent Vietnamese and English communication and report-writing skills
