I. Working location: HCM City, District 1

II. Scope of works:

1. Project Leadership & Technical Oversight

  • Lead the full project lifecycle of renewable energy initiatives, including feasibility studies, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning, and handover.
  • Provide technical and commercial oversight to ensure that project outputs meet client expectations, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Review and validate deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with both local regulations and international standards.

2. Business Development & Strategic Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, and other emerging technologies.
  • Support proposal preparation, commercial offers, and contract negotiations, particularly for strategic or high-value projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, government bodies, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.

3. Team Development

  • Support in managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate capacity-building efforts and career development plans for junior and mid-level engineers and consultants.

4. Compliance, Risk & Performance Management

  • Ensure that all projects strictly comply with HSE regulations, quality assurance processes, and client-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and the implementation of operational excellence practices.


III. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in #Engineering, #RenewableEnergy, #ProjectManagement, or a related field.
  • Valid Grade I Project Management Practicing Certificate (mandatory). #PMP
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in renewable energy development, with a focus on #solar and #wind.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex #infrastructure or #energy projects from inception to commissioning.
  • Proven ability in #businessdevelopment, #clientrelationship management, and commercial deal structuring.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and national policies.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
