  • What you'll do:

    • Position: Warehouse Supervisor. Full time. Reports to the Logistics Manager.
    • Supervise and manage a team of warehouse and other support staff in multiple satellite locations
    • Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
    • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, receiving rates, and order fulfillment rates
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
    • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks
    • Maintain a safe working environment and efficient warehouse operations
    • Participates in the creation and implementation of short and medium-term goals for the team. Participates in the creation and/or continuous improvement of operational processes, aiming to promote effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy.
    • Participate as needed in the development and improvement of Archer ERP system.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in strategic business decision-making and adaptability to evolving organizational objectives.

    What you need:

    • 5 years of related experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry.

    Proficient in SAP

    • Proven record of warehouse and people management
    • Effective organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to communicate in a professional business manner, both in writing and verbally. High attention to detail is required.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Strong team player
    • Valid CA driver's licence
    • Forklift experience
    • Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
    • Must be able to visually distinguish colors

    Education

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required

    Bonus Qualifications:

    • BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
    • Battery handling experience
    • Hazmat handling experience
    • Familiar with OSHA regulations
    • Commercial driver's license
