Commercial Electrician

Arch has been a leader in renewable energy solutions in Wisconsin for over 20 years. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Commercial Electrician to join our expanding team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across southeastern Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Install, wire, and commission commercial solar PV systems in accordance with design specifications and electrical codes
• Perform system maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Collaborate with installers, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Document completed work, materials used, and system performance
• Conduct electrical testing to verify system functionality and performance

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of commercial solar installation experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and solar PV system standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise electrical work
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• NABCEP Certification

Work Location

• On the road / job sites at various commercial locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin
