Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer to join its Civil/Structural Engineering team supporting capital project delivery. The engineer will provide technical expertise and project support throughout all phases of capital project execution.

Role accountabilities:

• Support Project Phases: Contribute during Conceptual, Basic, and Detailed Design phases.

• Design Reviews: Offer expert input and recommendations during design review meetings.

• Specification Development: Review and contribute to engineering specifications, ensuring alignment with project and regulatory requirements.

• Drawing Review: Assess engineering drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.

• Submittal Review: Evaluate submittals for materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to design criteria and client standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s Civil/Structural Engineering team, located on-site.

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Professional experience in civil/structural engineering disciplines.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Indianapolis, IN.

• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
