Role Description The EV Designer and Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves designing electric vehicle (EV) systems and components, preparing technical documentation, and developing training materials and curricula focused on EV technologies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on EV trends, creating educational content such as presentations and lab exercises, and delivering classroom and workshop-based training to students and professionals. The role also includes collaborating with engineering teams and partner institutes, supervising practical projects, and providing guidance and feedback to trainees. The EV Designer and Trainer is expected to participate in community events, support curriculum improvements, and ensure that training programs align with industry standards and safety practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including powertrain, battery technologies, charging infrastructure, and safety standards.
  • Experience in engineering design tools and methods (e.g., CAD software, simulation tools, basic circuit design, and prototyping practices).
  • Ability to design and deliver technical training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and hands-on workshop facilitation.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to diverse learner groups.
  • Experience working with educational institutes, training centers, or professional development programs is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet training and design timelines.
