Arbor Day Farm is a property owned and operated by the Arbor Day Foundation. This property is where our missions come to life! Our vision is to help others understand and use trees as a solution to many of the global issues we face today, including air quality, water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger.

We need a Housekeeping Supervisor to set the standard.

You Have:

  • Minimum Experience. You have one year of housekeeping experience.
  • Exceptional Service skills. You are a highly dynamic, fun, and engaged leader who can help us ensure our Team Members and guests both have positive experience.
  • Communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as problem solving skills and make decisions.
  • Leadership skills. Ability to lead and develop a team. Enjoy taking initiative and able to delegate responsibilities in a positive manner.
  • Empathy. Great listening skills and the ability to make Team Members and guests feel heard and understood.
  • Flexible Mindset. Willingness to learn and be flexible with changes.

You Will:

  • Lead. Train, lead, coach, and support Team Members.
  • Manage. Be in charge of administrative components of day-to-day housekeeping operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments. Maintain a professional standard and representation of Lied Lodge. Maintain positive working relationships with Maintenance and Front Desk team.
  • Assist staff in a variety of functions. Prioritize training, room inspections, and service recovery.
  • Be a team player. Learn & take on roles within the Housekeeping team as needed (Guestroom Attendant, Laundry, etc.)
