Job Title: VP of R&D Operations

Job Responsibilities

Establish and continuously optimize the R&D operations system to enhance team collaboration efficiency.

Participate in formulating R&D strategies and key project plans in alignment with the company's strategic direction.

Coordinate R&D resources and drive the efficient, orderly execution of key projects.

Optimize R&D processes and collaboration mechanisms to improve project delivery efficiency and the R&D experience.

Facilitate effective collaboration among product, R&D, marketing, and business teams.

Build an R&D operations data system to support team operations and business decision-making.

Drive the implementation of R&D management tools and digital capabilities to continuously improve R&D efficiency.

Participate in R&D team building and talent development, fostering an open, professional, and high-performance team culture.

Stay abreast of industry trends in technology and R&D management, promoting the adoption of best practices within the team.

Participate in key business initiatives and innovative projects, providing R&D support for business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in science, engineering, computer science, or related fields are preferred.

Extensive experience in R&D or R&D management; strong capabilities in team collaboration and project execution.

Familiarity with R&D processes, project management, and R&D team operations; strong systems thinking skills.

Strong abilities in communication, coordination, resource integration, and problem-solving.

Solid understanding of technology, products, and business; ability to align technology with business development.

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and team spirit.

Experience in establishing R&D systems, R&D operations, or managing large-scale projects is preferred.
