? What You’ll Do

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in translating energy intelligence into intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to shape a platform that simplifies complexity and drives sustainable action.

Design data-rich dashboards and interfaces used by enterprise clients and sustainability teams
Build and maintain our design system for scalability and consistency
Partner with product managers to ideate and prototype new features
Conduct usability testing and user interviews to inform design decisions
Deliver high-fidelity UI designs in Figma and collaborate on frontend handoff
Champion user experience best practices in everything we ship
Contribute to user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and gathering insights that inform design decisions

✅ What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in SaaS, analytics tools, or enterprise platforms)
Strong portfolio showcasing complex interface designs (especially data visualization or dashboards)
Advanced proficiency in Figma and design system tools
Ability to balance creativity with usability and accessibility principles
Experience working cross-functionally with product & engineering teams in agile environments
A passion for sustainability, purpose-driven work, and thoughtful design
Bonus: Motion/interaction design skills or frontend know-how (CSS, React, etc.)
