We are looking for a customer-facing and technically strong Solution Engineer to support enterprise sales processes, design scalable solutions, and help customers quickly understand the value of Apollo’s products
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product and Customer Customer Success, and plays a critical role in accelerating enterprise deal execution.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
- Understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and integration requirements
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Manage and coordinate POC / pilot processes
- Resolve technical objections and support enterprise deal closure
- Design customer-specific solution approaches and define implementation scope
- Identify integration dependencies and potential implementation risks early in the process
- Ensure accurate and structured handover from Sales to onboarding / implementation teams
- Work closely with Product teams by sharing customer feedback and market insights
- Analyze won/lost deals and identify recurring technical bottlenecks
- Contribute to improving Apollo’s pre-sales, solution design, and customer onboarding processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, or integration-heavy products
- Strong engineering backgroung and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
