We are looking for strong engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, shipping fast, and building scalable systems with modern AI-assisted development workflows.


This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly on core product and infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving engineering team.

AI-Assisted Software Development

We are heavily investing in AI-native engineering workflows.

We expect candidates to:

  • Actively use AI tools while developing software
  • Be comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.
  • Use AI to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentation
  • Adapt quickly to modern AI-driven development practices


We are not looking for engineers who “occasionally use ChatGPT.”

We are looking for engineers who already integrate AI deeply into their daily workflow.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong backend development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
  • Experience building scalable backend systems
  • Good understanding of software architecture and clean code principles
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Redis, queues, or event-driven systems
  • Experience with large datasets or time-series data
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
  • Experience with AI integrations or LLM-based systems
  • Frontend experience is a plus
