We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will be the "engine" behind our sales—someone who makes the pipeline visible and transforms growth into a predictable system :?


What You Will Do;

CRM Management: Own and optimize the CRM as the single source of truth, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and actionable reporting across the customer lifecycle

Predictable Revenue: Build and manage a predictable revenue model through structured forecasting, pipeline visibility, and proactive tracking of key performance metrics

Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the end-to-end funnel by identifying bottlenecks, improving conversion rates, and accelerating pipeline velocity

Process & Automation: Design and scale efficient revenue processes by implementing automation and integrating tools across the customer lifecycle

Cross-Functional Alignment: Align sales, marketing, and customer success around shared goals, ensuring consistent communication, reporting, and coordinated execution of revenue strategies


Requirements;

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Analytical Discipline: Ability to transform raw data and funnel metrics into actionable business insights
  • Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in CRM Tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • SaaS Metric Literacy: Proficiency in SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR,ARP, CAC, and LTV 
  • System Builder Mindset: You are not just a reporter; you are an architect who builds and optimizes scalable processes
  • Communication: Excellent ability to present data-backed advice to leadership and align multiple teams
  • Mission-Driven: A genuine interest in ClimateTech and a desire to create a tangible impact on global sustainability
