As our product and customer base continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Owner who is curious, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in product management.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their product career who wants to learn how SaaS products are built, work closely with engineering and customer-facing teams, and gradually take more ownership as the company scales.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Product Owner, you will support the product development process by helping the team understand user needs, clarify requirements, and deliver product improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supporting the product team in understanding customer needs and business requirements
  • Helping write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product notes
  • Working closely with developers, QA, customer success, and business teams
  • Following up on product tasks during development
  • Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release preparation
  • Testing and reviewing delivered features from a product perspective
  • Collecting and organizing feedback from users and internal teams
  • Helping document product decisions, feature details, and workflows
  • Learning how to prioritize product requests based on customer value and business impact
  • Gradually taking ownership of smaller product areas and improvements

 

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is early in their product career but highly motivated to learn and grow.

 

You might be a good fit if you:

 

• Have 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management, Customer Success, QA, or a related role within a technology company

• Have experience working with product, engineering, design, or business teams to deliver product improvements and new features

• Are interested in SaaS products, technology, AI, and user experience

• Can understand user needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable product initiatives

• Are comfortable writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation

• Can prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

• Have strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Are analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven in your decision making

• Are comfortable working with ambiguity and proactively driving clarity

• Can communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal

• Are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work

 

Nice to Have

 

These are not required, but would be considered a strong advantage:

 

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, Trello, Productboard, or similar

• Experience working closely with software development teams

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, or software architecture concepts

• Experience analyzing product metrics and user behavior data

• Exposure to AI-powered products or AI tools used in product workflows

• Experience conducting user interviews, gathering customer feedback, or supporting product discovery activities
