As Apollo continues its rapid growth and prepares for its next stage of expansion, we are looking for a hands-on Product Lead who will shape our product vision, define strategy, and drive execution across the entire product lifecycle.

 

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and enterprise software — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks systematically, and enjoys building products that deliver measurable customer value and meaningful environmental outcomes.

What You'll Do

Product Vision & Strategy

Own and drive Apollo’s product vision and long-term roadmap

Translate Apollo’s core philosophy — Discover → Benchmark → Insight → Action → Impact — into the product architecture

Ensure the product evolves from a feature-rich platform into a decision-making system

Define what we build — and just as importantly what we choose not to build


Customer Journey & Value Creation

Design and optimize the full customer experience:

Onboarding → Activation → Time-to-Value → Expansion

Continuously improve how customers extract value from Apollo

Turn sustainability data into clear decisions and actionable insights

Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes


Product Discovery

Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and decision processes

Lead discovery initiatives including interviews, journey mapping, and feedback loops

Translate real-world problems into product opportunities and clear product direction


Product Analytics

Define and track key product metrics such as:

Activation

Adoption

Retention

Expansion

Time-to-Value (TTV)

Analyze product usage data to identify friction points and opportunities for value creation

Combine qualitative insights with quantitative data to guide product decisions


  • Product Execution (Hands-on)
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design in a product trio model
  • Write product briefs, feature specs, and tickets when needed
  • Shape the backlog and contribute to sprint planning
  • Ensure high-quality execution from discovery to delivery


What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably enterprise products
  • Strong experience with customer discovery and product thinking
  • Ability to translate customer problems into clear product direction and intuitive user experiences
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable using metrics and product analytics to guide decisions
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into clear and usable product journeys
  • High ownership mindset — proactive, curious, and builder-oriented
  • Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with enterprise customers


Nice to Have

  • Experience in data platforms, analytics products, or benchmarking systems
  • Background in ClimateTech, sustainability, or energy
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms
  • Experience optimizing onboarding, activation, and PLG funnels
