Lead Product Manager
Apollo is an AI-powered ClimateTech SaaS company building the next-generation Sustainability Intelligence Platform. We are helping enterprises track and reduce their energy usage and carbon footprint. We work with leading companies to drive operational efficiency and sustainability using AI-powered solutions.
We are growing fast and preparing for our Series A. We are now looking for a Lead Product Manager who will own Apollo’s product vision, drive strategy, and lead execution across the full product lifecycle.
This is a high-ownership role in a deep, technical, and mission-critical space — ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, learns fast, and thinks like a founder.So that’s the point, we’re looking for a product leader who lives in the customer journey — not the backlog — and turns real-world insight into meaningful product value.
What You'll Do
- Own Apollo’s product vision and roadmap with a strong customer and business lens
- Spend significant time with customers — deeply understand their workflows, needs, and challenges
- Translate customer insights into clear product direction, value drivers, and UX improvements
- Lead product discovery end-to-end: interviews, journey mapping, feedback loops
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure adoption, outcomes, and expansion opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering — not as a technical executor, but as the voice of the customer & business
- Define and optimize the full customer experience — onboarding → activation → long-term value realization
- Prioritize initiatives based on value, usability, and market fit — not just features
- Turn qualitative insights + data into decisions that make the product indispensable
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise
- Strong customer-facing experience — user interviews, voice of customer, journey mapping, adoption strategy
- Ability to translate customer needs into product direction and intuitive experiences
- Not a purely technical PM — we’re looking for a product thinker, storyteller, and customer advocate
- Deep understanding of product-market fit, value delivery, and usability
- Strong collaboration skills with Customer Success, Sales & Engineering
- A builder mindset: curious, resourceful, proactive, high ownership
- Fluent in English; comfort in enterprise customer conversations
