Behind this journey is an A-class team and we are now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and help create the focus, structure, and speed required for Apollo’s next stage.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

This is a Founder’s Office role for someone who can bring order to complexity, protect the CEO’s time, follow through relentlessly, and ensure that the right things happen at the right time.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily flow with exceptional attention to detail
  • Organize meetings, prepare briefs, summarize key points, and track follow-ups until completion
  • Handle emails, messages, documents, reports, and communication flows with clarity and professionalism
  • Plan travel, logistics, events, reservations, and executive arrangements end-to-end
  • Coordinate administrative processes such as invoices, documents, purchases, scheduling, and office-related needs
  • Support both professional and executive organization to increase focus, balance, and efficiency
  • Create weekly summaries of completed tasks, open loops, pending decisions, and upcoming priorities
  • Anticipate needs before they become problems and proactively remove friction from the CEO’s day
  • Work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team to keep priorities, meetings, and actions aligned


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar productivity tools
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-up skills
  • High discretion, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • A proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to do
  • Strong sense of ownership: when something is on your list, it gets done
  • Attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, and care for high standards
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with calmness and structure
