What You Will Do;

 · Strategic Growth: Supporting CEO in creating the strategic agenda, focusing on scaling operations and market expansion.

· Series A and Investment Process Management: Managing investor relations by preparing compelling pitch decks, managing data room processes, and coordinating due diligence efforts.

· Data-Driven Storytelling: Transforming complex SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC/LTV) into clear and persuasive narratives for board meetings and investor updates.

· Cross-Functional Leadership: Serving as a bridge between departments to ensure OKRs and strategic priorities are aligned across the organization.

· Market Intelligence: Conducting in-depth research on the ClimateTech ecosystem, regulatory changes (ESG, Carbon taxes, etc.), and competitor analysis.

· Executive Support: Facilitating communication with internal teams and external stakeholders; acting as a "force multiplier" for the CEO.

Requirements;

· Experience: At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing SaaS startup (preferably having experienced a funding round).

· Investment Process Experience: Active role in investment rounds and experience in preparing professional-level pitch decks.

· Analytical Discipline: Ability to transform raw data and market research into actionable business insights.

· SaaS Financial Literacy: Proficiency in SaaS business models and key performance indicators (KPIs) is a strong asset.

· Adaptability: Ability to manage ambiguities in a fast-paced environment and a self-starter ownership approach.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written expression skills to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders and VCs (Venture Capitalists).

· Mission-Driven: Interest in the ClimateTech field and a desire to create a tangible impact on global sustainability is a strong asset.
