Logistics Coordinator - Solar Energy Projects

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic construction team for a major solar energy project. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations for owner-supplied materials including solar modules, batteries, and inverters
- Record and track all deliveries using Unifier reporting system and daily trackers
- Coordinate with drivers, collect Bills of Lading, and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor delivery schedules and identify potential workflow issues
- Handle damage validation, warranty claims, and recycling coordination
- Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance on-site
- Prepare weekly logistics reports and communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Support quality control and schedule adherence initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of relevant logistics, construction, or materials management experience
- 2+ years experience with Unifier or similar reporting systems
- Team leadership experience managing groups of up to 5 people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Competitive hourly rate: $48/hour

This position requires on-site presence for the duration of the project. Location will be at a construction site within the mainland United States.
