Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to build and lead our market strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital.

This role will serve as Aon's primary subject matter expert helping data center developers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, utilities, power producers, infrastructure investors, and lenders navigate the rapidly evolving challenges driving AI-powered infrastructure growth. The leader will advise clients on power availability, energy resilience, renewable integration, project finance, risk transfer, and capital solutions while expanding Aon's presence in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market.

This position will be responsible for developing new client relationships, creating innovative solutions, driving revenue growth, and positioning Aon as the leading advisor at the convergence of digital infrastructure and energy.

Hybrid role with attendance in a nearby Aon office two to three days per week.

What The Day Will Look Like

Lead Market Growth

  • Build and implement Aon's Digital Infrastructure Power strategy across the U.S.
  • Develop executive relationships with data center operators, developers, utilities, investors, lenders, and infrastructure funds.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of advisory, analytics, capital, and risk transfer opportunities.
  • Establish Aon as a recognized thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.

Advise Clients

Provide Strategic Guidance On

  • Data center energy and power strategies
  • Grid constraints, reliability, and interconnection risk
  • Onsite generation, renewable integration, and battery storage
  • Power purchase agreements and energy procurement
  • Project financing, bankability, and investment risk
  • Business interruption, resilience, and outage risk

Develop Innovative Solutions

Partner across Aon's Power & Renewables, Digital Infrastructure, Construction, Property, Cyber, Risk Consulting, Capital Advisory, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions that connect power, resilience, risk, and capital decision-making.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $225,000 - $275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
