EV Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver practical and classroom-based training on EV technology for ITI

students.

 Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for ITI faculty/instructors.

 Develop training modules, presentations, practical exercises, assessments

and lab activities.

 Cover EV fundamentals, EV architecture, battery systems, BMS, motors,

controllers, charging systems and EV safety.

 Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical troubleshooting sessions.

 Train faculty on effective delivery of EV curriculum and practical sessions.

 Support ITI colleges in setting up and effectively utilizing EV labs/equipment.

 Conduct assessments and evaluate student/faculty learning outcomes.

 Keep training content aligned with current EV industry technologies and

practices.
