The Finance Business Partner is an integral part of the overall Commercial and Financial business partnering support to the business. Working with the Commercial Financial Director and Business Line and Operational Leads, the role will support the global business leads in reporting, analysing and interpreting financial and operational performance metrics to inform company performance, growth, ambition and strategy. The role will coordinate forecasting, budgeting and planning. The role will also enable an efficient and effective process and control environment. Timely reporting and analysis will be a key output of the role to support decision making and enhance operational perform

    Monitor and track financial and KPI performance, providing variance analysis and commentary, identifying discrepancies and appropriate actions in
  • response.Work closely with the Group finance function and business to develop efficient reporting tools and KPIs that support strateg
