Qualifications (Must-have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Sociology, Geography, or related field
  • Experience varies by role:
  • Community Engagement Coordinator: 1–5+ years
  • Environmental Programs Officer: 3–8+ years
  • Urban Policy Analyst: 3–10+ years
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Understanding of public sector processes or NGO operations
  • Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with GIS tools like ArcGIS or QGIS
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (UN SDGs, ESG reporting, climate policies)
  • Experience with government or public sector organizations
  • Background in NGOs, urban development agencies, or consulting firms
  • Strong report writing and policy documentation skills
  • Experience in environmental impact assessments (EIA)
  • Understanding of smart city technologies and urban data systems
  • Stakeholder management in multi-agency environments
  • Experience in research or academic institutions is a plus
