We’re seeking a development leader to identify and progress commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects.

The position is particularly relevant to professionals who work with factory owners, industrial landlords, roofing contractors or commercial property advisers.

Your development responsibilities

• Identify suitable factories, warehouses and commercial buildings.
• Understand customer electricity requirements and investment priorities.
• Gather roof-condition, building-use, ownership and access information.
• Coordinate roofing, structural and electrical assessments with qualified specialists.
• Evaluate how roof lifecycle and operational constraints affect the opportunity.
• Negotiate development arrangements and maintain milestones.
• Prepare complete information for engineering and delivery teams.

What you bring

Experience in rooftop solar, roofing-related development, energy services or industrial property.

You should be able to engage both owners and operational teams, ask the right questions early and communicate development risks clearly.

Local manufacturing and property relationships would be a strong advantage. Spanish and English communication skills are important.
