What You’ll Do
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar, batteries, and smart energy upgrades.
Run consultations (in-person or virtual) using company-provided leads and your own networking.
Design custom solar solutions and present proposals to clients.
Guide customers through the decision-making process with confidence and transparency.
Collaborate with our team to deliver a premium customer experience from first contact to installation.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills — confidence in closing deals.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Previous sales experience preferred (solar, real estate, home improvement, or related industries a plus).
Coachable, driven, and ready to grow with a new company.
Ability to work as a 1099 contractor with commission-based pay.
Pay & Incentives
Commission: $0.30 – $0.40 per watt sold.
Average earnings potential: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year, depending on performance.
Performance bonuses available for hitting sales milestones.
