Job description:
The ESG intern will support weekly and monthly ESG - HSE tracker updates, Pan-India MIS consolidation, compliance documentation, data feeding in the ESG Online portal and closure tracking. Interns will gain practical proficiency in enterprise-grade ESG management software, Pan-India compliance workflows, and hands-on experience with multi-location renewable energy operations. They will also assist in preparing presentation for Management review, Investor updates, trend analysis, dashboard management and maintaining a central repository for audit and review readiness.
Skills and Qualifications Preferred
- 0-1 years of experience - Graduate / postgraduate students in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Science, Energy Management or a related discipline. (Pass out - 2025 / 2026)
- Basic understanding of ESG, environmental compliance, sustainability concepts.
- Basic knowledge of GHG/Carbon accounting principles and familiarity with key regulatory and voluntary reporting frameworks (e.g., BRSR, GRI etc)
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel pivot tables/dashboards, PowerBI and documentation management.
- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for ESIA studies and providing E&S support to the site team.
- Ability to work with data, trackers and deadlines in a structured manner.
- Interest in Power, renewable energy operations and corporate support functions.
