Amica Talent is supporting a leading EPC contractor in clean energy to appoint a Snr Client Development Manager - someone who understands how to build long-term strategic relationships across utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, designed for someone who knows the U.S. renewables landscape, brings commercial savvy, and can lead the pursuit and capture of major energy infrastructure work.
You won’t just be pitching - you’ll be shaping what gets built.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading account strategy with key customers - identifying opportunities early and managing them through development, bid, and contract award
- Building long-term relationships with decision-makers across the renewables ecosystem
- Coordinating with internal teams on preconstruction, estimating, finance, and executive leadership to align on pursuit strategy
- Monitoring market trends, emerging players, and competitive positioning to inform go/no-go decisions
- Representing the EPC at key industry events (RE+, ACP, etc.) and providing insight back into the business
- Acting as a trusted partner across all phases of the project lifecycle – from initial pursuit through to execution feedback
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in the EPC or large-scale infrastructure space, ideally across utility-scale renewables.
- 5+ years in Business Development, Strategic Accounts, or Pursuit/Proposal roles
- Deep experience in utility-scale renewable energy, ideally solar, BESS, or power generation
- A strategic thinker who understands how EPCs win and deliver work in today’s market
- Strong network and presence in the renewables sector - someone who’s known and respected in the space
💸 Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $170,000 – $220,000 + (dependent on experience)
