The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) is growing—and we’re looking for a detail-loving, numbers-driven Bookkeeper to help keep our financial engine running smoothly.

If spreadsheets excite you, accuracy is your love language, and you want your work to support innovation in food, water, sustainability, and engineering—this role is for you!

✨ What You’ll Do

You’ll be the trusted financial backbone of our team, handling:

✔ Daily transaction entry & reconciliation
✔ Maintaining ledgers and reports
✔ AP/AR tracking and vendor support
✔ Payroll assistance
✔ Audit and compliance support
✔ Bank reconciliation and cash flow accuracy
✔ Financial reporting that informs leadership decisions

Who You Are

You’re organized, curious, and committed to doing work that matters. You bring:

Proven bookkeeping experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles
IMIS experience (or similar accounting software)
Excellent attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Integrity in handling confidential data

Bonus points if you know payroll systems, tax rules, or are an Excel wizard!
