We are looking for a detail oriented indidual who has HVAC parts knowledge or a willingness to learn to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Technician Schedule
- Dispatching Technicians
- Vendor communication/pricing
- Process Quote getting numbers from vendors for requested pricing from a customer
- Process warranty claims with vendors
- Managing files and filing
- Journal Entries for Shop
- Maintain office space cleaning, trash, and vacuuming etc
- Managing Bid Board for new projects to bid
- Create and Control all Inventory for projects
- Upload pictures and Packing slips into Dropbox for Project
- Check in all vendors with materials for projects.
- Maintain contact with Vendors and customers
- Create/Assist with inventory control for stock on hands
- Order Filters for Preventative Maintenance
- Organize Filters for Preventative Mainenance
- Maintain office space cleaning, trash, and vacuuming etc
