Role Description The Site Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for overseeing daily project activities at designated sites. This role includes coordinating with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Site Coordinator will manage schedules, monitor progress, handle site documentation, and report status updates to project management. Daily tasks include organizing resources, resolving on-site issues, facilitating inspections, and supporting compliance with company policies and client expectations.

- Understanding of safety standards, quality control procedures, and compliance requirements in industrial and construction environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site issues and support timely, effective resolutions.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in site coordination or field operations within engineering, construction, or industrial services is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, with flexibility to adapt to project timelines and operational needs.
