We are committed to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Spanish language skills are a plus! ---Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on a variety of commercial and residential projects. This role requires a motivated professional with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team across multiple job sites.---Key Responsibilities:- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings - Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams - Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety standards - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition - Communicate effectively with team members and clients - Travel to multiple job sites within Virginia, DC, and Maryland---Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience on commercial and residential projects - Own reliable transportation - Valid Drivers License - Active car insurance - Ability and willingness to travel across multiple job sites within Virginia, DC, and Maryland - Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail---Preferred Skills: - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams - Experience with electrical upgrades, diagnostics, and maintenance - Knowledge of alternative energy systems (solar, generators, EV charging stations) - Good communication skills - Spanish language skills are a plus---Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.---Application Process:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by filling out an application on our website: ---Join Our Team: At Alvarez Elite Electrical Services LLC, we value professionalism, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
