As the Bid Manager, you will collaborate with the Business Development and Sales Teams, turning them into game-changing bids. From strategy to submission, you’ll lead the entire proposal process, ensuring every bid is tailored, compliant, and deliveredon time. By coordinating with cross-departmental teams, you’ll craft technically sound, high-quality proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and value.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled project manager with razor-sharpanalytical abilities and a talent for understanding client needs. You will conduct market research and your expertise in solutiondevelopment sets you apart. Bonus points if you have experience in social impact, ICT4D, or working in a start-up environment.
