If you are an organised individual with exceptional administration capabilities, you might be the person we’re looking for to join AltGen Employment Services as a Project Administrator based in Aggeneys.   AltGen Employment Services is driven by the development and facilitation of long-term solutions to the nitty-gritty problems that arise in companies' hiring and HR processes in the renewable energy industry. The solar plant project, based in Aggeneys, is not just a workplace; it's a hub for communitydevelopment and so much more!   As the Project Administrator you won't just be handling paperwork; you'll ensure the smooth operation of a team of over 35 staff members. Your duties will include defining and assigning tasks to plant workers, assessing standards of work, managing staff outputs, and providing guidance and leadership in order to develop plant workers. You will be the direct line of communication between the business and the plant workers. You will also be responsible for generating and presenting feedback reports on plant workers, inventory checks, and other data forms.
