We are looking for someone truly exceptional…Someone with 5+ years of experience as a Senior Climate Consultant who is particularly exceptional at delivering climate change projects.Our client is a fast-growing and dynamic organisation who is excited to welcome a Senior Climate Change Consultant to their team!Our ideal candidate has technical and managerial experience in relation to the regulatory environment on climate change in the African context in at least three of the below:
greenhouse gas reporting
physical climate change risk and adaption
climate change risk assessment and scenario analysis
climate change strategy and TCFED
resource efficiency
As this role would see you primarily working with financial institutions in emerging markets, direct experience working with financial institutions in their management and investment processes is crucial. Your embedded knowledge of all things climate change extends into an understanding of TCFD and ISSB, energy efficiency, and energy and climate change standards.You are able to communicate complex technical ideas in an easily digestible manner, proposing pragmatic and effective solutions to any problems you encounter.
