From identifying string faults to optimizing inverter performance, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping clean energy moving. You’ll work with SMA and Huawei inverters, as well as Meteocontrol VCOM monitoring systems, tackling new challenges daily—whether it's resolving DC cable issues, maintaining communication networks, or fine-tuning system performance.
To succeed, you should be a qualified electrician (or actively working toward it), with at least 3+ years of experience in the solar industry. The role requires confidence working at heights, a willingness to travel across country, and expertise in inverter software, electrical diagnostics, and independent problem-solving.
