? What You'll Do

You’ll help us do one powerful thing: make sure our customers succeed with sand batteries.

Your work will include:

Monitor and track performance of Alternō’s systems at client sites.
Support customer operations: assist with troubleshooting, collect feedback, and escalate technical issues.
Analyze key data and performance metrics from real-world usage.
Draft SOPs, onboarding guides, and training materials.
Work closely with engineers, field teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

✅ You’re a Fit If You:

Are a final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Have strong skills in presentation, teamwork, and clear communication.
Can work across teams and enjoy helping others succeed.
Are comfortable working at client sites when needed (e.g., farms, factories).
Are fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
